What can you tell me about your staff. Allied Home Care caregivers staff are bonded and insured. We verify, update and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications for all home care staff.
Do you perform background checks on your caregivers? -Yes, All Allied Home Care caregivers staff are carefully screened at the time of hire with several layers of background checks. All cases are carefully monitored and supervised by our Case Management and Quality Assurance Team.
Are the caregivers licensed ? Yes. All our caregivers are licensed, certified and skilled.
How do you train your caregivers?Allied Home Care provides caregiver training by nurses through our proprietary training program. Random Quality Assurance visits are made regularly and family members are kept informed on a regular basis.
